Terms and Conditions for Robozaps

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Robozaps website (the “Service”) operated by Blue Venture Studios Pte Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Products

Robozaps offers various robot products for sale internationally. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Blue Venture Studios Pte Ltd.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons.

2.3. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

2.4. Payment must be received in full before the shipment of products.

2.5. Payment Processing Fees: A payment processing fee of up to 5% may be added to the total order amount to cover credit card processing costs. This fee is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or return.

2.6. Large Orders: For orders exceeding $10,000 USD, we reserve the right to require payment by wire transfer or other means that do not incur high processing fees. In such cases, we will contact you with specific payment instructions.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.

3.2. We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.3. For dropshipped items, delivery times may be subject to the processing times of our suppliers. We will provide estimated delivery timeframes, but these are not guaranteed.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

4.2. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4.3. Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned item and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.

4.4. Large Order Refunds: For orders exceeding $10,000 USD, the following special conditions apply: a) Refunds may be processed in installments over a period of up to 90 days. b) A processing fee of up to 5% of the total order value may be deducted from the refund amount to cover our costs. c) If the order has already been processed or shipped by our suppliers, any fees or costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For orders paid by credit card, we reserve the right to issue refunds by bank transfer to avoid additional processing fees.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. Products are covered by a limited warranty for 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

5.2. Our liability for any defective product is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

5.3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5.4. For dropshipped items, warranty claims may be subject to the policies of our suppliers. We will act as an intermediary in such cases but cannot guarantee the outcome of warranty claims.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blue Venture Studios Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
