RoboZaps Inc. ("RoboZaps," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our robotics tracking and intelligence platform: the free and Pro change feed, robot and manufacturer tracking ("watches"), alerts, and the paid history API.
When you sign in, we set a session cookie on your device to keep you signed in between visits. It identifies your session only; it does not track you across other websites.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through:
- Your email address, used to sign in by magic link and to send your weekly digest or instant alerts
- Account data: the robots and manufacturers you track (your "watchlist") and your alert preferences (weekly digest, instant alerts)
- Subscription and billing data for the Pro plan, processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — RoboZaps does not receive or store your full card details
- API key requests (name, work email, and what you are building)
- Lead and contact forms (name, email, phone, company, message)
- Voice agent conversations (call transcripts, contact details)
- Newsletter subscriptions (email address)
- Free quote requests
- Deployment-readiness assessment responses, result band, name, work email, and optional company
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Sign you in by magic link and maintain your account session
- Send your weekly digest or, on the Pro plan, instant alerts for the robots and manufacturers you track
- Process your Pro subscription payment and manage billing, through Stripe
- Respond to your inquiries and free quote requests, including using Anthropic's Claude to extract structured details (such as company and use case) from the free text of a lead or contact message
- Coordinate with manufacturers on a quote request, on your behalf
- Send relevant updates about the platform (with your consent)
- Improve our platform and services
- Retain your readiness result and send its transactional result email without adding you to a marketing list
Aggregated & Anonymised Data
We may aggregate and anonymise the information you provide — including responses to our fit quiz and enquiry forms (such as use case, industry, budget band, timeline, and deployment scale) — and use these de-identified insights to understand market demand, improve our matching, and publish industry research. Aggregated data never identifies you or your organisation, and we do not sell your personal information.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — Pro subscription payment processing and billing management
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (magic-link sign-in, digests, alerts)
- Anthropic — Extracts structured details from lead and contact messages
- Attio — Customer relationship management
- Slack — Internal team notifications
- ElevenLabs — Voice agent technology
- Google Analytics — Website usage analytics
- Sentry — Error monitoring
- Railway — Hosting for our web app, backend, and database
- Redis (hosted on Railway) — Short-lived rate-limiting data (IP addresses)
- Cloudflare — Content delivery and DNS
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), access controls, and secure data storage. We do not store your card or payment details — Stripe, our payment processor, processes and stores that information for us. For quote requests coordinated with a manufacturer, any product purchase itself is arranged directly between you and that manufacturer.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
