Robozaps Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an online marketplace that connects independent vendors ("Vendors") with buyers ("you" or "Buyers"). Our principal office is located at:

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made through our platform. As a marketplace, Robozaps Inc. does not own, sell, or control the products or services listed by Vendors, and we are not responsible for processing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Overview

Robozaps Inc. serves solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor on our marketplace is an independent third-party seller responsible for setting their own refund, return, and exchange policies. As such, all refund requests, eligibility, and processes are governed by the specific Vendor’s refund policy, not Robozaps Inc.

We strongly encourage Buyers to carefully review the refund policy of the Vendor from whom they are purchasing prior to completing a transaction. Robozaps Inc. does not intervene in disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding refunds, except as outlined in Section 4 below.


2. Vendor-Specific Refund Policies

  • Independent Vendor Responsibility: Each Vendor establishes and enforces their own refund policies, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, timeframes, conditions for returns, and refund methods. These policies are accessible on the Vendor’s product listing or profile page on our platform.
  • Buyer Responsibility: It is your responsibility as a Buyer to review and understand the Vendor’s refund policy before making a purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to abide by the terms set forth by the Vendor.
  • Contacting Vendors: For refund requests, Buyers must directly contact the Vendor through the communication tools provided on our platform or as specified in the Vendor’s policy. Robozaps Inc. does not process refunds on behalf of Vendors.


3. Robozaps Inc.’s Limited Role

Robozaps Inc. is not a party to the transaction between Buyers and Vendors and does not assume liability for:

  • The quality, condition, or delivery of products or services purchased.
  • The approval, denial, or processing of refund requests.
  • Any disputes arising between Buyers and Vendors regarding refunds or returns.

Our role is limited to providing the platform and facilitating payment processing. Payments made through our platform are transferred to the Vendor (minus applicable fees), and any refund must be coordinated directly with the Vendor.


4. Exceptions: Robozaps Inc. Fees and Non-Delivery by Vendors

In rare cases, Robozaps Inc. may offer limited remedies under the following circumstances:


a. Platform Fees

  • If a Vendor issues a full refund to a Buyer for a transaction processed through our platform, Robozaps Inc. may, at its sole discretion, refund any platform-specific fees (e.g., transaction fees) charged to the Buyer, provided the Vendor confirms the refund in writing to info@robozaps.com.
  • Refunds of platform fees are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


b. Non-Delivery by Vendor

  • If a Vendor fails to deliver a product or service as promised, and the Buyer can provide evidence of non-delivery (e.g., tracking information or communication with the Vendor), Robozaps Inc. may investigate the matter.
  • If Robozaps Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that the Vendor has acted fraudulently or abandoned their obligations, we may suspend the Vendor’s account and assist the Buyer in seeking a resolution. However, Robozaps Inc. is not obligated to provide a refund or compensation in such cases.

5. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robozaps Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from a Vendor’s refusal to issue a refund.
  • Disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding the quality, condition, or suitability of products or services.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchases made through our platform.

Buyers assume all risks associated with purchasing from independent Vendors on our marketplace.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution regarding a purchase made through Robozaps Inc.:

  • The Buyer must notify Robozaps Inc. at info@robozaps.com and provide details of the dispute.
  • Robozaps Inc. reserves the right to provide the Vendor with relevant transaction details to defend against the chargeback.
  • Buyers acknowledge that chargebacks do not guarantee a refund and that resolution depends on the policies of the Buyer’s financial institution and the Vendor’s response.

Robozaps Inc. is not responsible for the outcome of chargebacks or disputes.


7. Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect fraudulent activity related to a transaction (e.g., unauthorized use of your payment method), please contact us immediately at info@robozaps.com. While we will investigate such claims, our liability is limited to the extent outlined in this policy and applicable law.


8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time at our discretion. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
