This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made through our platform. As a marketplace, Robozaps Inc. does not own, sell, or control the products or services listed by Vendors, and we are not responsible for processing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Overview
Robozaps Inc. serves solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor on our marketplace is an independent third-party seller responsible for setting their own refund, return, and exchange policies. As such, all refund requests, eligibility, and processes are governed by the specific Vendor’s refund policy, not Robozaps Inc.
We strongly encourage Buyers to carefully review the refund policy of the Vendor from whom they are purchasing prior to completing a transaction. Robozaps Inc. does not intervene in disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding refunds, except as outlined in Section 4 below.

Robozaps Inc. is not a party to the transaction between Buyers and Vendors and does not assume liability for:
Our role is limited to providing the platform and facilitating payment processing. Payments made through our platform are transferred to the Vendor (minus applicable fees), and any refund must be coordinated directly with the Vendor.
4. Exceptions: Robozaps Inc. Fees and Non-Delivery by Vendors
In rare cases, Robozaps Inc. may offer limited remedies under the following circumstances:

5. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robozaps Inc. shall not be liable for:

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution regarding a purchase made through Robozaps Inc.:
Robozaps Inc. is not responsible for the outcome of chargebacks or disputes.
7. Fraudulent Transactions
If you suspect fraudulent activity related to a transaction (e.g., unauthorized use of your payment method), please contact us immediately at info@robozaps.com. While we will investigate such claims, our liability is limited to the extent outlined in this policy and applicable law.
