This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products purchased through our platform. As a marketplace, Robozaps Inc. does not own, sell, or ship the products listed by Vendors. Shipping is managed entirely by the independent Vendors, and their individual policies apply. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Overview

Robozaps Inc. facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor is responsible for shipping the products they sell on our platform, including setting their own shipping methods, costs, timelines, and policies. As such, all shipping-related matters are governed by the Vendor’s specific shipping policy, not Robozaps Inc.


We strongly encourage Buyers to review the Vendor’s shipping policy—typically found on the product listing or Vendor profile—before completing a purchase. Robozaps Inc. does not handle shipping logistics or mediate shipping disputes, except as outlined in Section 4.


2. Vendor-Specific Shipping Policies

  • Independent Vendor Responsibility: Vendors on our platform are independent third-party sellers who determine their own shipping terms, including delivery methods (e.g., USPS, FedEx), shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and any restrictions (e.g., international shipping availability). These details are provided in the Vendor’s shipping policy or product listing.
  • Buyer Responsibility: It is your responsibility as a Buyer to review and understand the Vendor’s shipping policy prior to purchasing. By completing a transaction, you agree to the Vendor’s shipping terms.
  • Contacting Vendors: For shipping inquiries, tracking information, or issues (e.g., delays, lost packages), Buyers must contact the Vendor directly using the communication tools provided on our platform or as specified by the Vendor.


3. Robozaps Inc.’s Limited Role

Robozaps Inc. is not a party to the transaction between Buyers and Vendors and does not assume liability for:

  • The shipping process, including delays, damages, or lost shipments.
  • The accuracy of shipping estimates or tracking information provided by Vendors.
  • Disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding shipping.


Our role is limited to providing the platform and processing payments, which are then transferred to the Vendor (minus applicable fees). Shipping arrangements and fulfillment are solely the Vendor’s responsibility.


4. Exceptions: Non-Delivery by Vendors

In rare cases, Robozaps Inc. may offer limited assistance:


a. Non-Delivery

  • If a Vendor fails to ship a product as promised, and you provide evidence of non-delivery (e.g., no tracking updates or Vendor confirmation), Robozaps Inc. may investigate the matter.
  • If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Vendor has acted fraudulently or abandoned their obligations, we may suspend the Vendor’s account and assist you in seeking a resolution. However, Robozaps Inc. is not obligated to provide refunds, replacements, or compensation.


b. Platform Fees

  • If a Vendor confirms non-delivery and issues a full refund, Robozaps Inc. may, at its discretion, refund any platform-specific fees (e.g., transaction fees) charged to the Buyer. This requires written confirmation from the Vendor to info@robozaps.com. Fee refunds are not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs and Timelines

  • Costs: Shipping fees vary by Vendor and are determined at checkout based on the Vendor’s policy. Robozaps Inc. does not control or set shipping rates.
  • Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided by the Vendor and may depend on factors like location, shipping method, and processing time. Robozaps Inc. does not guarantee delivery dates.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Vendor Responsibility: Issues such as lost packages, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be resolved directly with the Vendor according to their policy.
  • Insurance: Some Vendors may offer shipping insurance. Check the Vendor’s policy to see if this is available and how to file a claim.


7. International Shipping

Vendors determine whether they ship internationally. Availability, costs, customs fees, and import duties (if applicable) are set by the Vendor and should be reviewed before purchasing. Robozaps Inc. is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


8. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robozaps Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, losses, or damages during shipping.
  • Financial loss or inconvenience due to Vendor shipping issues.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping.


Buyers assume all risks associated with shipping when purchasing from Vendors on our platform.


9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution over shipping issues:

  • Notify Robozaps Inc. at info@robozaps.com with details.
  • We may share transaction details with the Vendor to address the dispute.
  • Outcomes depend on your financial institution and the Vendor’s response, not Robozaps Inc.


10. Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect fraud related to a shipment (e.g., unauthorized purchase), contact us immediately at info@robozaps.com. We will investigate, but our liability is limited as outlined here and by law.


11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this policy at our discretion. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
