As a marketplace, Robozaps Inc. does not own, sell, or ship the products listed by Vendors. Shipping is managed entirely by the independent Vendors, and their individual policies apply. Robozaps Inc. facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor is responsible for shipping the products they sell on our platform, including setting their own shipping methods, costs, timelines, and policies. As such, all shipping-related matters are governed by the Vendor’s specific shipping policy, not Robozaps Inc.
We strongly encourage Buyers to review the Vendor’s shipping policy—typically found on the product listing or Vendor profile—before completing a purchase. Robozaps Inc. does not handle shipping logistics or mediate shipping disputes, except as outlined in Section 4.
