Since Robozaps Inc. is a marketplace, we do not own, sell, or control the products listed by Vendors, nor do we process returns unless explicitly stated otherwise. Robozaps Inc. is a platform that facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor sets their own return, refund, and exchange policies. Therefore, all return requests and processes are governed by the specific Vendor’s return policy, not Robozaps Inc.
We strongly recommend that Buyers review the Vendor’s return policy before completing a purchase. Robozaps Inc. does not mediate disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding returns, except in limited cases outlined in Section 4.

Return deadlines vary by Vendor. Check the Vendor’s return policy for specific timeframes, as some may require returns within 14, 30, or more days from delivery. Robozaps Inc. does not enforce a universal return window.
