Robozaps Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an online marketplace that connects independent vendors ("Vendors") with buyers ("you" or "Buyers"). Our principal office is located at:

This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our platform. Since Robozaps Inc. is a marketplace, we do not own, sell, or control the products listed by Vendors, nor do we process returns unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Overview

Robozaps Inc. is a platform that facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. Each Vendor sets their own return, refund, and exchange policies. Therefore, all return requests and processes are governed by the specific Vendor’s return policy, not Robozaps Inc.

We strongly recommend that Buyers review the Vendor’s return policy before completing a purchase. Robozaps Inc. does not mediate disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding returns, except in limited cases outlined in Section 4.


2. Vendor-Specific Return Policies

  • Independent Vendor Responsibility: Vendors on our platform are independent third-party sellers who establish their own return policies. These policies cover eligibility, timeframes, conditions for returns, and return methods, and can be found on the Vendor’s product listing or profile page.
  • Buyer Responsibility: As a Buyer, it is your responsibility to review and understand the Vendor’s return policy prior to purchasing. By completing a transaction, you agree to follow the Vendor’s terms.
  • Contacting Vendors: To initiate a return, you must contact the Vendor directly using the communication tools provided on our platform or as outlined in the Vendor’s policy. Robozaps Inc. does not handle returns on behalf of Vendors.


3. Robozaps Inc.’s Limited Role

Robozaps Inc. is not a party to the transaction between Buyers and Vendors. We are not liable for:

  • The quality, condition, or delivery of products or services.
  • The approval, denial, or processing of return requests.
  • Disputes between Buyers and Vendors regarding returns or exchanges.


Our role is limited to providing the platform and processing payments, which are then transferred to the Vendor (minus applicable fees). Returns must be coordinated directly with the Vendor.


4. Exceptions: Robozaps Inc. Fees and Non-Delivery by Vendors

In specific cases, Robozaps Inc. may offer limited assistance:


a. Platform Fees

  • If a Vendor accepts a return and provides a full refund, Robozaps Inc. may refund platform-specific fees (e.g., transaction fees) charged to the Buyer, at our discretion. This requires the Vendor to confirm the return and refund in writing to info@robozaps.com. Fee refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.


b. Non-Delivery by Vendor

  • If a Vendor fails to deliver a product as promised, and you provide evidence of non-delivery (e.g., tracking details or Vendor communication), Robozaps Inc. may investigate. If we determine the Vendor acted fraudulently or abandoned their obligations, we may suspend their account and assist you in seeking a resolution. However, we are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.


5. Condition of Returned Products

Each Vendor sets their own requirements for the condition of returned products (e.g., unused, in original packaging). Typically, products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return, but you should confirm this with the Vendor’s policy.


6. Time Limits for Returns

Return deadlines vary by Vendor. Check the Vendor’s return policy for specific timeframes, as some may require returns within 14, 30, or more days from delivery. Robozaps Inc. does not enforce a universal return window.


7. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robozaps Inc. is not liable for:

  • Financial loss, inconvenience, or damages due to a Vendor’s refusal to accept a return.
  • Disputes over product quality, condition, or suitability.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchases on our platform.


Buyers assume all risks when purchasing from Vendors on our marketplace.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution:

  • Notify Robozaps Inc. at info@robozaps.com with details of the dispute.
  • We may share transaction details with the Vendor to address the chargeback.
  • Outcomes depend on your financial institution and the Vendor’s response, not Robozaps Inc.


9. Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect fraud (e.g., unauthorized payment use), contact us immediately at info@robozaps.com. We will investigate, but our liability is limited as outlined in this policy and applicable law.


10. Changes to This Returns Policy

We may update this policy at our discretion. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
