• "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using our Service, including Buyers and Vendors.
• "Vendor" refers to an independent third-party seller who lists products or services on our marketplace.
• "Buyer" refers to an individual or entity who purchases products or services from Vendors through our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are independent third-party sellers who use our platform to list and sell their products or services. As a Vendor, you agree to:

• Accurately describe your products or services, including providing clear images, specifications, pricing, and any other relevant details.
• Handle all aspects of order fulfillment, including shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service, in accordance with your own policies and applicable laws.
• Comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations applicable to your business and the products or services you offer.
• Set and clearly communicate your own policies regarding shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges to Buyers.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing orders, and communicating with Vendors.
• Review and understand the Vendor’s policies (including shipping, returns, and refunds) before completing a purchase.
• Pay for your purchases in full and on time using the payment methods accepted on our platform.
• Contact the Vendor directly for any issues related to your order, including shipping delays, product defects, or refund requests.

5. Robozaps Inc.’s Role and Disclaimer of Liability

Robozaps Inc. operates solely as a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between Buyers and independent Vendors. We do not own, sell, or control the products or services listed by Vendors, nor do we handle shipping, returns, or refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robozaps Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the products or services offered by Vendors.
• The ability of Vendors to fulfill orders or meet their obligations.
• Disputes between Buyers and Vendors.
• Any interruptions, errors, or delays in the Service.

All transactions are between the Buyer and the Vendor, and Robozaps Inc. is not a party to these transactions.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Buyers agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and platform fees, at the time of purchase.
• Platform Fees: Robozaps Inc. may charge a transaction fee for each purchase, which will be clearly disclosed before completing the transaction.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and a Vendor, Robozaps Inc. may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to resolve the dispute or provide refunds. Buyers must resolve disputes directly with Vendors.

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraudulent activities, such as providing false information or using stolen payment methods.
• Abusive behavior, including harassment, threats, or discriminatory actions.
