Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RoboZaps platform operated by RoboZaps Inc. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RoboZaps tracks verified changes in robotics — prices, availability, and real deployments — and publishes them as a change feed. You can track ("watch") up to 3 robots or manufacturers for free with a weekly digest, or subscribe to Pro for unlimited tracking, instant alerts, full per-entity history, CSV export, and API access to the change history. Separately, RoboZaps offers a free "Request a quote" lane that connects you with a manufacturer; for that lane RoboZaps may act as a referral partner and may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation connected to a resulting transaction. Any resulting purchase is a transaction between you and the manufacturer, governed by that manufacturer's own terms.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan requires no payment. The Pro subscription is US$99/month or US$990/year, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the Manage billing button in your account, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Data Terms

The change feed, robot and manufacturer pages, exports (including the Pro watchlist CSV export), and the API are licensed under the RoboZaps Data Terms: attribution required, internal and research use welcome, replication, bulk redistribution, or resale of the corpus prohibited. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in forms and at sign-in
  • Keep the email address you sign in with secure, since it is how we authenticate you
  • Use the platform for legitimate purposes and within the Data Terms above
  • Not interfere with the platform's operation or security

Intellectual Property

All content on the RoboZaps platform — including text, images, design, and software — is owned by RoboZaps Inc. or licensed from manufacturers. Product images, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers. The robot database, change feed, and related exports and API responses are licensed under the Data Terms above, not this section.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the RoboZaps tracking and intelligence platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty that any tracked change, price, or deployment claim is complete or error-free. For a purchase arranged through a free quote request, responsibility for defects, delivery, warranties, refunds, and related obligations follows the applicable manufacturer's own terms, not RoboZaps'. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other liability is limited to the total fees you paid to RoboZaps in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
